Fujitsu’s LifeBook U820 mini tablet officially on sale

Tag: Netbooks, Tablet PCsadmin @ 3:16 pm

This little netbook/tablet monster is Fujitsu’s brand new ultra mobile netbook. Okay, I understand that it sounds weird to say an “Ultra Mobile Netbook” but this thing have a 5.6″ WXGA touchscreen so imagine how small this device is. Well if you say small screen = small resolution, YOU’RE WRONG !!!!! hum, the device have a disturbing resolution of 1280×800 and the 10″ MSi Wind have a resolution of 1024×600…this doesn’t sound right. Whatever, the LifeBook U820 have an Intel Atom Z530 CPU, 1GB DDR2 of RAM, a 60GB 4,200RPM hard drive, a built-in Garmin GPS, fingerprint reader, webcam, Ethernet, Bluetooth, WiFi and a 4 cell battery. For 300$ you can get something more powerful if you need better specs or have some money to throw. Maybe if we leave Fujitsu a couple of years they’ll be able to make a 2″ computer running Crysis….
